Return and Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or hair accessories unless they are defective.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Process for Returns:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jaipurisaugaatjpr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Please securely package the item and attach the provided label.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Process for Exchanges:
- To request an exchange, please contact us at jaipurisaugaatjpr@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose another item or request a refund.
- You will receive a return shipping label for the item you wish to exchange. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange item will be sent out.
- We cover the cost of shipping for the first exchange. Additional exchanges will incur shipping fees.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
